The Linen Valley ships worldwide. Weaving, dyeing, softening, sewing and packing all happen in Lithuania, within roughly 200 km, and every order is dispatched from our workshop in Vilnius.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on orders over €150 / $180 / £135, or the equivalent in your local currency, to most destinations. A small number of countries with higher shipping costs are excluded. The exact cost for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Processing

Standard-size linens held in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days of your order.

Custom and made-to-order linens are sewn for you individually and need 3–5 business days of processing before dispatch.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched:

• Courier Delivery — 3–5 business days within Europe, 3–7 business days elsewhere
• Standard Shipping — available for some destinations, 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are counted from dispatch rather than from the date of your order. For a custom order, please allow for the processing time above in addition to the delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

Depending on the destination and the delivery method you choose at checkout, orders are dispatched by Courier Delivery (FedEx or DHL) or Standard Shipping (national post). Within Europe we also use DPD and Lithuanian Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Please note that tracking on Standard Shipping is limited outside the European Union. Your parcel may not show any movement for several days while it is in transit or waiting for customs clearance. This is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost. If you would like detailed tracking at every stage, please choose Courier Delivery at checkout.

Taxes and Duties Outside the European Union

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over them, as they vary by country. If you need more information, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order.
