SHIPPING & RETURNS

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship worldwide by the trusted courier companies to ensure the order is delivered to you safely.

Do you offer free shipping?

We deliver all orders worth €150 or more free of charge. For more information about shipping costs, please see the Shipping section.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered?

Processing time:
Most of the standard orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
Custom-made products (e.g., sofa and bed covers, various types of curtains, tablecloths and other similar products) may take up to 10 business days to craft and prepare for shipment.
Note: You can find out the exact delivery time for your order by emailing us at home@thelinenvalley.com after placing your order.

Shipping and delivery time:
As soon as your order is crafted and prepared, it is immediately handed over to the courier and shipped to the address you specified.

Courier delivery: 
Delivery usually takes another 5-10 business days, depending on the country.

Are customs duties and / or import taxes included in the purchase price?

No additional taxes or fees apply to orders within the EU. For orders to the US, international shipping rates are paid by us. However, local taxes are not included and may be charged separately.

Orders within the European Union (EU): 
No customs duties, import taxes or other additional fees are added; everything is included in the price.

Orders within the United States: 
We cover all international/US import tariffs (customs duties).
However, local US sales taxes or state taxes (if applicable in your state) are not included and may be charged separately.

Orders from all other countries (non-EU and non-US):
You (the buyer/recipient) are fully responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, or other local taxes.
These are not covered by the seller and are usually paid to the courier or customs when the shipment arrives in your country. The amounts vary greatly depending on your country's regulations, the declared value of the goods and the product category. The seller cannot predict or pre-pay these taxes.

Our recommendation:
If you plan to order from outside the EU or the US, please contact your local customs office in advance or check their official website to get an estimate of the possible taxes for your specific product and country. You can also email us at home@thelinenvalley.com and we will do everything we can to help you!

When will the production of my order begin?

We will craft your ordered linen products within 2-4 business days after confirmation of your order and payment.

Please note that all our products are handmade and made to order, which means that most linen products are crafted only after you place your order. The production process usually takes about 2-4 business days, but some products are already crafted and can be shipped within 1-3 business days.

Can I change my current order?

If the order is not shipped or custom size order, we can make changes within 4 hours after the purchase is made.

Please email us home@thelinenvalley.com if you need to apply changes to your order within 4 hours after the order is made.

Can the order be cancelled?

The order can be cancelled within 4 hours after the purchase, please email us at home@thelinenvalley.com 

We apologize, but we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped or custom-made orders.

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Yes. 
Returns and exchanges of purchased items are subject to the following conditions:
Products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the order; 
Returned linen products must be in their original condition and unused, with the manufacturer's sticker with instructions for use still attached to the product.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Fabric samples;
Linen products made as individual orders;
Products with signs of use or with the sticker with instructions for use removed;
Washed products.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable, so you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product (in which case the return shipping costs will be covered/compensated).

To initiate a return, exchange or store credit request, you must visit the returns portal, on the website under Returns.

Do you send return labels?

No, we do not provide return labels. If you initiate a return, you are responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

How long will the refund take and how will I get my money back?

Once our team has received and inspected your returned item, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 10 business days of receiving the item, the refund will be made to your original payment method.

Note:
Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days after the refund is issued for the money to be transferred to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since you received the confirmation email and you still do not see the refund, please reply to that confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order using one of the two most popular methods:

Credit or debit cards: 
Visa, Mastercard, American Express;
Securely processed via Stripe (one of the most reliable payment processing systems in the world)

PayPal: 
Pay directly from your PayPal account, bank account, or card linked to PayPal.

All methods are completely secure and encrypted. Just choose the payment method that is most convenient for you!

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Absolutely not. If you are placing an order for the first time, you do not need to create an account. We will only need your email address, delivery address and phone number, which is required by the shipping service.

What if I don't know what size sofa or bed cover I need?

We are always ready to help you, so if you don't know what size product you need, feel free to write to us at home@thelinenvalley.com
