Return Policy
We share our knowledge and experience into every linen piece we create, and we hope you will enjoy them for a long time. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase or it does not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return or exchange it.
Return Conditions
- Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. The return package must be shipped back within this 30-day period of receipt.
- All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging or in equivalent packaging of similar dimensions.
- Complete sets and bedding sets cannot be refunded if they are incomplete.
- Refunds are issued for the full selling price, excluding shipping costs and additional taxes. The refund will be returned via the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
- Once we receive the returned goods, we will notify you by email.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns of products made to the customer's individual measurements.
- We do not accept returns of products made from a specially chosen linen fabric color selected by the customer.
- Customs fees and import taxes are not refundable in case of return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Simply follow these steps:
- Fill out the return form online at https://www.thelinenvalley.com/returns
- Select the items you wish to return.
- Please indicate the reason for your return — your feedback helps us improve.
- Click the "Submit Return" button.
- Contact us via home@thelinenvalley.com and we will send you all information for the return.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
- If items are damaged during return transit, we will assess the damage and reserve the right to adjust the refund amount accordingly. We will notify you of our assessment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
What If the Product Is Defective?
- If you have received a linen product with a manufacturer defect, such as:
- incorrect size (different from what you ordered)
- incorrect color
- manufacturing defects: broken seams, open stitches, protruding threads, or fabric defects
You are eligible for a full refund, including all shipping and handling costs. Please contact us at home@thelinenvalley.com or submit a return request through our portal within 30 days of delivery. For your convenience, we can also arrange for a courier to collect the package from your home at no cost.
Please note: Minor color variation and slight shrinkage are natural characteristics of linen and are not considered manufacturer defects. For more information, please see our Linen Care Guide.
