The Linen Valley ships to all the countries worldwide. Courier Delivery is free for the orders above 50 EUR.
Order processing and delivery:
Some of our standard size linens are stocked and they would be delivered within few business days after the order is placed. Please allow us 5-10 days of processing for custom or made to order linens.
Free National Post Delivery - 3-6 weeks after the order is ready.
Courier Delivery - 3 - 5 business days after the order is ready.
We ship all the orders from Lithuania, Vilnius (European Union).
International taxes outside European Union
Import duties and taxes are often applied upon the delivery of the destination country. The customer is responsible if any of such fees are calculated . The Linen Valley has no control over these charges, as import duties vary by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information, if needed, before placing an order.
Return policy
We care about each linen item we craft, so we aim to make our customers delighted with every single linen they receive. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the order, please return the package back within 30 days of the delivery. Please make sure the items are in a perfect condition - unused, unwashed- and in original packaging.
Refunds will be issued for the selling price, excluding shipping costs and additional taxes. Please allow us 5-10 business days for the refund to be issued.
Note
The Linen Valley does not accept returns of gift cards, cut fabrics and custom orders. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost coverage.
The order can be returned via buyer's selected courier. Please make sure the package is insured/registered in case of the loss or damage in transit. Items lost in transit are not eligible for a refund.
